There are more thorough breakdowns in my blogs that go into more depth about a lot of things I didn't want to include here for quantity sake as well as relevant links to different practices that can be a good start.
I hope it's worthwhile in some way or form to anyone still learning.
Base low poly models using weighted normals baked and textured in Substance Painter without a high poly.
Colour, Normal with Occlusion, Roughness and Metallic packed. Minor props are coupled into one texture set while staying texel correct.
Custom props are a mix between 0-1 texturing and tiling textures with packed masks.
SSS material set up inside the engine to give the effect of depth behind blinds.
Fully procedural materials authored within Designer.

Props of multiple pieces are packed together in UE blueprints.
Buildings are given 2 UV sets, 1 texel correct, the other 0-1. 0-1 UV is baked in Painter in order to create packed dirt masks with AO.
